DESIGN-BUILD

The design-build method, often referred to as a “turnkey” approach, is an efficient solution for delivering projects of all sizes and complexities.

Our team coordinates all consultants, including surveyors, architects, engineers, landlords, municipal authorities, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.

The design-build model also allows clients to remain involved throughout the process while minimizing the need for extensive internal resources. PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT & COST PLUS

Under the construction management method, Axxys provides a cost-plus or fixed-fee proposal rather than a traditional fixed-price contract.
This approach allows the owner to remain actively involved throughout the project while working alongside a carefully selected team of professionals, including architects, engineers, design consultants, and construction managers. Axxys works closely with all stakeholders to coordinate planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution from start to finish.
As design plans develop, project requirements, scope, and associated costs are continuously reviewed and aligned to ensure transparency and informed decision-making throughout the process.
Our role as construction manager is to provide strategic guidance and industry expertise while helping clients make effective decisions regarding planning, budgeting, material selection, scheduling, market conditions, and feasibility evaluations. This collaborative approach provides greater flexibility, control, and visibility throughout the project lifecycle.

FIXED COST CONSTRUCTION

With the fixed cost construction method, the owner first engages design professionals responsible for preparing the project concepts, drawings, and construction documentation required for execution.
Once the construction documents are finalized, Axxys provides a complete construction proposal based on the approved scope of work. This structured approach allows each phase — design and construction — to be completed independently and in the proper sequence.
The fixed cost model offers clients a clear project scope, defined pricing, and streamlined execution while maintaining high standards of quality, coordination, and efficiency throughout construction.
